Capitol Report with Rep. Matt Manweller

On this week's Capitol Report, Rep. Matt Manweller, R-Ellensburg, says he's not surprised that a King County judge has invalidated as unconstitutional a voter-approved measure that would have made it harder to raise taxes.  He also talked about a bill that would affect thousands of women across the state by allowing them to access their birth control at the pharmacy, rather than depending on their doctor.  Manweller is a co-sponsor of the legislation, which was introduced by Republican Representative Melanie Stambaugh, R-Puyallup.
