Rep. Matt Manweller, R-Ellensburg, talks to KTTH’s David Boze about a bill that passed the House Labor Committee that would raise the state’s minimum wage to $12 an hour and his opposition to it. Manweller explained his amendment that would create a lesser minimum wage for teenage workers.
